OURON Refund & Exchange Policy
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By using the Ouron.in website and/or placing an order for our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to proceed with a purchase.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, so we recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed of any changes.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24-48 hours.
- Pickup Attempts: Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse at your expense. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once approved, the exchange/return process will proceed.
- Wallet Payments
- Processing Time: Exchange requests are processed within 7-10 working days.
- Stock Availability: If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will provide an alternative product or issue a store credit.
REFUND POLICY
For all return orders, refunds are issued in the form of store credit once the product passes our quality check. The store credit will be sent to your registered email and can be redeemed online or at any of our stores.
Important Notes:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Store credits are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cancellations are only allowed before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final and non-refundable. Any refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN
You may request an exchange/return if:
- The product does not fit.
- The product or packaging was damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
To be eligible for return, the product must:
- Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional period are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
- Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Have all brand tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Have no stains, scratches, tears, or any signs of wear.
- Be returned as a full set (if purchased as a set).
We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests if the above conditions are not met.
